  • Main Office

    Allatin Ernest Brou is the Deputy Coordinator of ICI – Côte d’Ivoire. He is a senior Agro economist engineer with over 18 years experience in agricultural and rural development. Allatin joined ICI in 2012 to lead the implementation of Child Labor Monitoring and Remediation System. His present work aims at protecting children of cocoa communities through the delivery of improved community package. He served as Regional Delegate, Head of Monitoring & Evaluation, Projects and studies Manager, Operations Manager for FDPCC - Cocoa Board.

    Nestor est le Responsable Administratif et Financier de la Fondation ICI qu’il a rejoint le 1er janvier 2014. Avant de rejoindre ICI, Nestor a passé 23 ans au Bureau National d’Etudes Technique et de Développement (BNETD), come chargé d’études financières, trésorier, puis chef de service Administratif et Finances.

    Rodrigue a rejoint ICI en Septembre 2016. Ivoirien, juriste et RH de formation, il a une longue expérience dans l’administration et le développement du capital humain. Rodrigue a travaillé à la SIVOP, au cabinet OBJECTIF RH et à VALSCH CONSULTING en Côte d’Ivoire. IL était Assistant ressources humaines à VALSCH CONSULTING en Côte d’Ivoire.

    Chantal holds a DUT in Commercial Management. She joined ICI in September 2012, as Administrative Assistant, in charge of Logistics and Communication. She is currently the Administrative manager. Before joining ICI, Chantal was Administrative Officer at the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture - IITA (STCP section).

    Roselyne joined ICI in April 2015. An Ivorian journalist by training, she has extensive experience in the media and the collection, processing and dissemination of information. Roselyne worked at the Information Centre and Governmental Communication (CICG) in Côte d’Ivoire. She was Assistant Director of Communication and Public Relations at the Ministry of Agriculture of Côte d'Ivoire.

    Ivorian by nationality, Zako joined ICI in november 2017. He holds an engineering degree in agronomy and a professional Master's degree in Social Economy. Before joining ICI, Zako was regional manager of the REDD+ Project, a project financed by the World Bank and the French Development Agency (AFD).

    Maxime joined ICI in April 2015. He is Ivorian and holds an engineering degree from the National School of Statistics and Applied Economics in Abidjan. He has over ten years of experience in monitoring and evaluating development projects. He worked for eight years as an expert in statistics and economic analysis.

    MARIUS holds a master 2 degree based on financial engineering. He started as a financial auditor and accountant before coming head of mission at Espilon International Consulting Côte d’Ivoire (E.I.C.I). He joined ICI in November 2016 as chief accountant

    Frédéric joined ICI in 2012. He is an Ivorian national and a sociologist by training, with experience in organisational sociology, political sociology and social change. He also worked as a trainer of police officers in the fight against Transnational Organised Crime at the Regional Training Centre for the Fight against Drugs in Grand-Bassam.

    An Ivorian national, Yolande is the Project Manager for ICI's Child Labour Monitoring Remediation System in Côte d'Ivoire since july 2015. Before joining ICI, Yolande worked at the National Agency for Rural Development Support of Côte d'Ivoire, first as a technical agent, then as a regional coordinator and finally in the position of regional specialist support for crop production sectors

    Eric-aimé is an Ivorian national. He holds a degree in Economics with a focus on development. He has 05 years of experience at the National Rural Development Agency (ANADER). Before joining ICI as Programme Assistant sectors Project at Daloa, he was a Senior Technician in a professional agricultural organization.

    Donatien joined ICI in March 2012 AS Community Plan Special on Office , then on ECLIC project. An Ivorian national, Donatien is a sociologist by training with ten years of experience in community development. Prior to joining ICI, he worked at Caritas as Coordinator of Project against the worst forms of child labour between 2006 and 2012.

    Hortense is an accountant by training with 8 years of experience. She joined ICI in August 2010. Before joining ICI, Hortense worked at the International Polyclinic of Indénié in Abidjan. She has also worked with the NGO CERAR.

    Ivorian by nationality, Désirée joined ICI in November 2017. She holds an engineering degree in Finance and Accounting in Social Economy. She has 13 years of experience in finance, accounting and management control. Before joining ICI, Désirée was Finance Assistant at the Onuci and then in charge of administration, accounting and finance at JLB Expertises.

    Ivorian by nationality, Carine joined ICI in November 2017. She holds a master's degree in business management science and a certificate in international corporate finance from Hec Paris, as well as a professional degree in accounting and finance.

    Trained as Secretary Executive Assistant at the Higher National Institute of Technical Education (INSET) Yamoussoukro since 1996, Gina joined the ICI team in August 2015. She has worked in several organisations, including 13 years at the Aries, Regional Council. She has more than 15 years of professional experience.

    Ivorian by nationality, Roland joined ICI in August 2017. He got a master 1 in communication and a diploma degree in english at the University of Cocody/Abidjan. Roland has professionnal skill of 9 years in Human organisations. Before joining ICI as Programme Assistant Community Development, Roland had worked as programme Assistant at international NGO Save the children.

    Anicet Amon is computer engineering specialist with an emphasis onn software engineering (application development). An Ivorian national, he previously worked as an analyst and support operator for a telecommunications provider (Comium in Côte d’Ivoire).

    Ivorian by nationality, Etchian joined ICI in October 2017. He holds a degree in computer technology engineering, major in database and applications development and administration. Before joining ICI, Etchian was an IT consultant with Ariel Technologies.

    Ivorian by nationality, Eustache joined ICI in October 2017. He holds a Bachelor's degree in English and a Certificate of Advanced Technician (Bts) in Logistics. Before joining ICI, Eustache was a Logistics Assistant at Onuci.

    Ulrich Koffi holds a BTS in Corporate Communication and a Master 1 in Human Resources Management. He has been an office agent at ICI since 2014. Prior to ICI, Ulrich practiced as a salesperson in an alcohol distribution company and conducted several internships in private structures.

    Journalist by training and by profession, Cinthia, Ivorian by nationality, joined ICI in April 2017. Previously, she was Assistant in charge of Communication in a project funded by numerous development partners (World Bank, French Development Agency, African Development Bank).

    Lazare joined ICI in July 2017. Ivorian by nationality, he is an economist by training and has seven years experience in field training on development project. Before joining ICI, Lazare was a project manager with the Biological cocoaculture project.

    Ivorian by nationality, Josiane joined ICI in August 2017. She got a master 1 in sociology of environment. Before joining ICI, she had worked as planning team in local development for 4 years at the National Agency for Rural Development Support of Côte d’Ivoire.

    An Ivorian national, Amosse is an Agricultural Techniques Engineer, a diploma obtained at the Institut National Polytechnique Houphouët Boigny (INPHB). Before joining ICI, he was Sales Manager in charge of the partnership with the Cocoa Producers' Cooperatives at AGRICHIM CI SA.

    Adou joined ICI in 2015 as a driver, specialist in car mechanics. Before working at ICI, Adou worked for a private individual. He has 17 years of experience.

    Hilaire joined ICI as a driver in 2012. Before joining ICI, he worked for private individuals as a car mechanic driver. He specializes in auto mechanics.

    Ivorian by nationalityl, Simon joined ICI in July 2017. Before joining ICI, Simon was a commercial agent at SOFACO.

    Saint-Syre, an Ivorian national, joined ICI in June 2018. He holds a certificate of aptitude for the practice of law, a bachelor's degree in finance, banking and finance option and a Deug in English. Before joining ICI, Saint-Syre was a driver at Billsath consulting, a car rental company

  • Regional Offices

    Nicolas joined ICI in November 2012. Prior to ICI, he worked as a community agent for Caritas Côte d'Ivoire. At ICI he was at first a Support Agent based In Issia, then Regional Manager based in Duekoué and he currently is programme assistant and office coordinator in Duekoue. He holds a Master's degree in Private Law and a DESS in local development.

    Pierre joined ICI in November 2012 as a support agent. He is an Ivorian national with experience in administration management. Pierre has also supervised various child welfare projects against child labour, implemented by the sub-regional Organisation Africa Aid and Assistance.

    A sociology graduate, Marius hard worked as Program Coordinator at NGO « Fraternité Sans Limites ». He joigned ICI in November 2012 as technical agent. Since July, 2016, he is the office coordinator Divo.

    Ivorian by nationality, Salomon joined ICI in August 2017. He holds a master's degree in Criminology and specialization certificates in conflict management and human rights. His professional career at ICI began as Program assistant . He worked with "Médecins du Monde - Mission Côte d'Ivoire" where he worked as a field agent. Before joining ICI, Salomon was Head of Monitoring, Evaluation and Development at NGO Mesad.

    Ivorian by nationality, Benjamin holds a Master's degree in Research in Criminology, and a degree in Commercial Management. Benjamin joined ICI in May 2017 as Program Assistant in Community development/IGA. He has 10 years' experience in child protection, child labour and community development. Before joining ICI, Benjamin worked as a Project Manager at the NGO ASA (Afrique Secours et Assistance).

    Jérôme joined the ICI team on the first of April 2015. An Ivorian national, he specialises in plant and animal production. He worked in Ivorian state structures (the Society for the Development of the oil palm industry from 1987 to 1989, the Ivorian company Vivriers Product Development from 1989 to 1993 and the National Agency for Rural Development Support form 1997 to 2000).
    He has knowledge of agricultural entrepreneurship, gender and rural development, and the fight against HIV.

    Kamenan joined ICI in June 2014. An Ivorian national, he holds a Higher National Diploma in Business Communication. After an internship at the Ivorian Company for Textile Development (CIDT), Leonce occupied the post of Group Administrator, Trainer of Trainer at the Agricultural Cooperative of Grand Béréby (CAGB), and the Cooperative Associated producers Agnéby (COOPAA) in the multiple certification project of Barry Callebaut/ SACO.

    Ivorian by nationality, Clément joined ICI in July 2017. He holds a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Geography and a Masters degree in project and program management. He has four years’ experience in the field of monitoring and evaluation of development and Conducting socio-demographic studies in project. He was in charge of monitoring and evaluation at INS and at National Population Office (NPO).

    Gbalé joined ICI as a Regional Manager in November 2015 . From August 2011 to July 2014 he was ICI's Head of Core Programmes in Côte d’Ivoire, then Technical Agent at Daloa. He has proven experience in child protection, education, community development and conducting projects on human rights. He previously worked for Africa Aid, the Ivorian League of Human Rights and the African Organization for Human Rights.

    Yah joined ICI in July 2016 as Technical Agent. He is an Ivorian, holder of a degree in Chemistry and Quality Control. Before joining ICI, he was respectively director of the Bincadi de Divo agricultural cooperative and research assistant at the market research firm Axe Marketing. Yah has also worked as a Monitoring and Remediation Officer at the Benianyé de Buyo agricultural cooperative.

    François joined ICI in July 2017. Ivorian by nationality, he holds a technical assistant degree in statistics at the Higher National School of Statistics and Applied Economics of Abidjan in Côte d’Ivoire. Before joining ICI, François worked for four years as the Chief of statistics section in the monitoring and evaluation department at the National Agency for Rural Development Support of Côte d’Ivoire.

    Ivorian by Nationality, Joël joined ICI in July 2016. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a University Diploma of Technology (DUT) in Commerce and Business Administration. Before joining ICI, Joël was a technician specialized in professional agricultural organization in the Anader Toumodi area.

    Théodore joined ICI in November 2015. He holds a Masters in Sociology and a BA in communication. From October 2008 to October 2015 he held the post of Coordinator. Project Manager and Trainer on various projects against child labour in the cocoa industry. Conducting field activities enabled him to acquire a community experience. Recently, he obtained a certificate of competence in project monitoring and evaluation.

    An Ivorian national, Lynitha joined ICI in May 2017 as Technical Agent at Avoua. She holds a master 1 in organisational sociology with an extensive experience in labour law and social security. Before joining ICI, Lynitha had worked as a project facilitator for SDEF-Afrique (an ILO project). Her previous work experience include a consulting position for Care International at the "Office Ivoirien des Chargeurs (OIC)" and a post as sales representative for the Société Ivoirienne de Banque (SIB).

    Holding a management degree, Denis joined team’s ICI in May 2017. He is an Ivorian national. Before joining ICI, he had worked as manager and agent in child labour monitoring remediation systems, and for a project against child labour in cocoa in a cooperative named « Loyale cooperative de Guitry ».

    Ivorian by nationality, Guillaume holds a Higher Technical Certificate (BTS) in Finance and Accounting. In 2012, He joined ICI as a consultant investigator for the admission of the framework for protective cocoa communities, then as Technical Agent at Buyo.

    N'Dri, an Ivorian national, holds a degree in psychology and socio-anthropology. He has about ten years of experience in the field of child protection, health, nutrition and education with national (ONEF, ODAFEM, ADPF) and international (ACF, Save the Children) NGOs. He also has experience in the psychosocial care of children, populations and communities affected by post-traumatic stress, sexual violence and gender-based violence (GBV). Before joining ICI as Program Assistant Community Development at Duékoué, N'Dri was an Ebola Consultant at the international NGO Save the Children.

    José Maxime, an Ivorian national, holds a master's degree in economics and a master's degree in organizational and project management. He has 5 years of experience in the humanitarian field. Before joining ICI as Programme Assistant , he was an Area Supervisor Consultant in charge of community development for the Grow Cocoa program in partnership with Blommer - Olam.

    Ivorian by nationality, Philippe joined ICI in September 2017 as Technical agent at Yakassé Feyassé. He holds a master 2 in development economy. Before joining ICI, he had worked as focal fairtrade point, then monitoring and remediation agent.

    Ivorian by nationality, Serge Holds a in economic science. He had over 10 years experiences in humanitarian organizations such as International Rescue Committee and Save the Children. Before joining ICI as Technical Agent at Bloelquin, he had worked as health agent Man’s Caritas.

    Philbert is an Ivorian national and holds a University Diploma in Technology (DUT) in Human Resources and Communication. He has an extensive experience of 9 years in the Community field. Before joining ICI as Technical Agent at Gbapleu, he was team leader on the Ebola program at the Non-Governmental Organization Action Against Hunger (ACF).

    Emmanuel is an Ivorian national and holds a Diplôme d'Etudes Appliquée (DEA) in health sociology. He has extensive experience in many organizations such as the Millennium Water and Sanitation Programme, the National Programme for the Care of Orphans and Vulnerable Children of HIV/AIDS, the Association of Volunteers for International Service (AVSI). Before joining ICI as Technical Agent at Oupoyo, Emmanuel was a sociologist at the National Drinking Water Office (ONEP).

    An Ivorian national, Arthur holds a Master's degree in sociology and certificates in monitoring, evaluation and project management from the UNESCO Chair. Before joining ICI, Arthur was Education/Protection Assistant at the International NGO Save The Children and then Area Supervisor Consultant in charge of community development for the Grow Cocoa program in partnership with Blommer - Olam.

    Ivorian by nationality,Hugues holds a Master's degree in development studies, a Master's degree in land management and local development from France and a Master's degree in Tropical Geography from Félix Houphouët Boigny University. In addition to consulting, he was for two years a Monitoring and Remediation Agent in Divo before joining ICI as Technical Agent at Djekanou.

    Hugues Joined ICI in July 2017. Ivorian by nationality, he holds an accounting finance degree and has over ten years experience as an accountant. Before joining ICI, Hugues worked in several accounting firms such as Technoserve and IRC.

    An Ivorian National, José holds a Bachelor Degree in Audit and Management Control. She joined ICI since 1st April 2017 and had worked as Accountant Assistant at Editions Eburnie, then in a Consulting Company.

    Ivoirian by Nationality, Marc- Adelphe joined ICI in 2017. He holds a Master 1 in Economic Science, specifically in Management. Previously his position held was Unacopecci’s Manager at Katiola

    Fulgence, an Ivorian national, joined ICI in July 2018 as Finance and Accounting Assistant on ECLIC Project. He holds a degree in Audit and Management Control and a BTS in Finance and Accounting. Before joining ICI, Fulgence was assistant grant manager at the Ivorian bureau of Hearthland Alliance International.

    Valentine Joined ICI in April 2017. Ivorian by nationality, she holds an Accounting Finance Degree and previously were Accountant in a coffee-cocoa trading company, then she had worked as Management Assistant and Accountant at Ste Fraternité’s Polyclinic of Bouaké

    Nogues joined ICI in July 2017 as a driver. Before joining ICI, Nogues was a private driver and public transit driver for many years.

    Jean Louis joined ICI on 1st April 2016, as a driver. Before joining ICI, he worked at the Ministry of Mines and Energy as a driver. He specializes in auto mechanics.
