The Guiguia community is located in the department of Gagnoa, in South-Central Ivory Coast. The community has a population of 3299.
- A women’s group has been formed in the community to undertake income generating activities. ICI has provided the women with a grater and two cassava presses to allow them to produce cassava paste.
- A Community Service Group (CSG) has been set up in the community. Members of the CSG are trained in agricultural techniques and then assist local farmers in their fields for a fee.
