Pagnebly

About the Community

Pagnebly is an ECLIC community located in the  district of mountain and in the region of Guémon; especially in the department of Kouibly. It is attached to the Sub-prefecture of Ouyably-Gnondrou from which it is 22 km away from the capital (Ouyably-Gnondrou). It is accessible by track and by car. The population is estimated at about 3091 people. It is composed of a large majority of indigenous Wobé, allochtones Baoulé, Senoufos, Lobis, Wan, Gouro and allogene Burkinabe, Beninese.

  • The community has two public primary schools;
  • The community has two hydraulic pumps, one of which is functional;
  • The community doesn’t have a health center;
  • The community is not electrified.
