USDOL: 2019 findings on the worst forms of child labor
The United States Department of Labor (USDOL) presents its annual report on the Worst Forms of Child labour. Sectors including cocoa are covered and the report puts forward over 2,000 suggested actions to support governments in 131 countries around the world take action to eliminate child labour. In terms of tackling child labour in cocoa in Sub-Saharan Africa, the report finds that progress is being made but highlights key challenges and areas of improvement that must be made.
