Our Work

We support communities, we reinforce supply chains, we engage with national authorities, and we advocate internationally in support of cocoa sustainability.

We carry out awareness-raising activities on child labour and child rights at the community level: we inform community members on the causes and consequences of child labour, the importance of schooling and vocational training to improve children’s future prospects, and on the negative impacts of child labour on children’s health and education.

We help cocoa-farming communities develop and implement their own Community Action Plans, which help them to identify and support a range of activities to protect children and tackle child labour more effectively. We work in the areas of education, health, water and sanitation and rural livelihoods.
