Créée en 2002, la Fondation International Cocoa Initiative (ICI) est une organisation qui promeut la protection des enfants dans les communautés productrices de cacao.

ICI travaille avec l'industrie du cacao, la société civile et les gouvernements nationaux des pays producteurs de cacao pour assurer un meilleur avenir aux enfants et contribuer à l'élimination du travail des enfants.

En 2025-2026, ICI prendra part au projet STEP (”Supporting the Transition towards Education and Protection”), une campagne de diffusion de vidéos visant à faire évoluer le comportement des producteurs des communautés cacaoyères vis-à-vis du travail des enfants. Son rôle sera d’évaluer l’impact du projet en mandatant tout d’abord une étude de référence (baseline) au mois de mars 2025, objet de ces termes de référence.

ICI recherche un cabinet de consultants pour mener une enquête quantitative de référence auprès d'un échantillon d'environ 1200 ménages, dont 600 dans le département de Divo, et 600 répartis entre les départements de Gagnoa et d’Abengourou.
