International Cocoa Initiative (ICI) is a Swiss non-profit foundation that works to ensure a better future for children’s. It is a multi-stakeholder initiative that unites the forces of the cocoa/café and chocolate industries, civil society, farming communities, governments, international organizations, and donors to promote human rights, and to tackle child labor in the supply chain.

As part of the creation of a new internal position, we are looking for an ICT Administrator to join our international IT team and take charge of maintaining our IT infrastructure under the supervision of our Head of IT. In the context of transforming our information systems and intensifying our data management and operational activities, this role will be responsible for the maintenance, and administration of systems, servers, and technology infrastructure, both at our headquarters and across ICI branch offices with the help of the local IT teams.

Tasks:

Infrastructure

  • Maintain the global IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, mobile devices, data centres, workstations, telephony, security, and cloud infrastructures.
  • Design and implement evolution of networks and system infrastructures.
  • Oversee servers to ensure the availability and performance of cloud resources and services.
  • Install, configure, update, and maintain servers operating systems.
  • Maintain Microsoft 365 services.
  • Document the technical infrastructure.

Network and Security

  • Administer Entra ID environments, including user, group, and security policy management.
  • Configure and administer Fortinet firewalls, wireless networks, and switches, including monitoring and optimization of security rules.
  • Implement security and IT policies.
  • Monitor threats and patch management.

User and Asset Management

  • Manage headquarter IT asset inventory and solution advisor on IT acquisitions.
  • Manage software deployment and configuration solutions via MS Intune.
  • Install new users’ equipment, manage IT access, and onboard them.
  • Provide prompt and effective user support, respond to incidents, and document interventions.
  • Train and raise awareness among users on security practices.

Collaboration and Project Management

  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate technological solutions.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate IT projects.
  • Any other relevant tasks as assigned.

Your profile :

  • Experience in systems administration and virtualization.
  • Good knowledge of Windows, Linux, Android, Apple, network services and backup solutions.
  • Microsoft SQL knowledge.
  • Experience with application development.
  • ICT CFC with Swiss brevet federal in computer science or equivalent.
  • Ability to manage small IT projects, work independently, and take initiative.
  • Expertise in Fortinet products and Microsoft 365 platform (certifications desired).
  • Minimum 7 years of experience.
  • Other relevant IT industry Certifications.
  • Good skills in Cyber Security.
  • Passion for information technology with the ability to simplify IT concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Problem-solving with responsiveness, method and rigor.
  • Analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Results and customer oriented.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Availability to travel (twice a year).
