Fabrice Yao, a national of Côte d'Ivoire, joined ICI on August 1st, 2024 as Coordinator of the Information System Unit (USI). He holds a Master in MIAGE (Méthodes Informatiques Appliquées à la Gestion et à l'Economie) from the Université Nangui Abrogoua (UNA) , formerly the Université d'Abobo-Adjamé (UAA). Before joining ICI, Fabrice was Deputy Director of Statistics at Côte d'Ivoire Tourisme (CIT).
