Gbalé Hyacinthe Daigré

Gbalé joined ICI as a Regional Manager in November 2015 . From August 2011 to July 2014 he was ICI's Head of Core Programmes in Côte d’Ivoire, then Technical Agent at Daloa. Since April 2024, he is office coordination Soubré. He has proven experience in child protection, education, community development and conducting projects on human rights. He previously worked for Africa Aid, the Ivorian League of Human Rights and the African Organization for Human Rights.
