Mel Alain Didier Lath

Mel Alain Didier LATH joined ICI in January 2024 as Country Director for Côte d'Ivoire.  

Alain holds a State diploma as a Principal Inspector of Specialised Education, and has over 17 years' experience in administrative management, in the management of diverse and varied teams, and in the development and implementation of policies, strategies, programmes and projects for the benefit of the population, children, women, in the field of protection, notably within the Ivorian Ministry of Solidarity, Family, Women and Children as well as the Ivorian Directorate for Equality and Gender Promotion of the Ministry of Family, Women and Social Affairs.
