Edward Asiedu image

Joining ICI as a board member in 2025, representing the Learning Advisory Group, Edward is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Ghana Business School. He also holds affiliate research positions at The Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and the NADEL Center for Global Cooperation and Sustainable Development, ETH Zürich Switzerland. Edward holds a doctorate in Development Economics and has worked on multiple research projects linked to smallholder farming in Sub-Saharah Africa, behaviour change and digitalisation.

ICI’s Learning Advisory Group includes representatives from academia and operational research organisations with expertise on child labour, forced labour and cocoa agriculture. The group supports decision-making around ICI’s work on research and learning.
