The United States Department of Labor regularly publishes a report on the Findings of the Worst Forms of Child Labour for all countries worldwide. This report is highly useful for tracking the situation of the worst forms of child labour in countries of interest. Country-specific reports and country assessments identify where Significant, Moderate, Minimal, or No Advancement has been made.  This latest report indicates that in 2016 both Ghana and Côte d’Ivoire were categorised as having made “significant advancement”. The ICI Note provides a brief overview of the salient points reported for both countries.
