This Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations Handbook offers guidance and tools for assessing the impacts of agriculture and food security programmes on child labour in family-based agriculture. The Handbook helps agricultural programmes incorporate child labour prevention or mitigation in the design stage; monitor their unintended consequences and/or intended impacts on child labour, and evaluate their impacts on child labour in the programme area. A useful toolkit of social research and data collection methods is provided.
