In 2006 Ghana's Ministry of Manpower, Youth & Employment in collaboration with COCOBOD, the Ministry of Manpower and Economic Planning and the World Cocoa Foundation undertook a pilot labour survey in cocoa production as a step towards addressing labour issues.
