Grievance mechanisms allow individuals to raise complaints about actions that may have impacted their human rights or labour rights. These mechanisms can be used to resolve work-related disputes, investigate allegations of abuse and provide remedies for those impacted.
It is important that workers are aware of their rights and of the existence of grievance mechanisms in their communities. This is why, ICI has developed a film to raise awareness about labour rights and the role of grievance mechanisms.
